The delivery is carried out by DPD. The average periods of delivery are as follows:
– Austria: up to 2 working days
– Germany: up to 4 working days
– aother EU countries and Switzerland: up to 10 working days
– other third countries: up to 25 working days
The delivery period shall commence on the day following the submission of the payment order and shall end with the expiry of the last day of that period.

Orders above EUR 39.00 to Germany, Austria or Switzerland are delivered free of charge.
Orders under EUR 39.00 to Germany, Austria or Switzerland have a flat delivery charge for each order and delivery address as follows:
– Austria: EUR 4.90 (Orders under EUR 99.00 have a flat delivery charge for each order and delivery address)
– Germany: EUR 9.90
– other EU countries: EUR 14.90
– international shipping zone 1 (Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, Lichtenstein, Island, Andorra): EUR 17,90
– international shipping zone 2 (USA, GB, NZ, Canada): EUR 29,90
If you withdraw from this contract within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, we shall reimburse to you the flat delivery charge applied up to an order value of EUR 99,00.
